With the suitable software solution to administer your tyre warehouse, your processes can be immediately optimized. In connection with the Nordic ID mobile computers you can keep an eye on your warehouse and order administration regardless of where you are. In addition to delivering a corresponding receipt to the customer, the software performs the task of recording, evaluating, invoicing and archiving all necessary steps for tyre warehousing and tyre checking. Main advantages include an efficient use of storage capacities and a quick provision of suitable sets of wheels.

3 components from one source
Our solution comprises three components: Besides the software solution RESy by MMC and the mobile computer Nordic ID PL3000, label printers by TOSHIBA TEC are used. The labels printed by the latter even withstand tyre cleaning. You receive a complete solution from one source - one investment that quickly pays off.
Software solution RESy by MMC
All necessary steps for tyre warehousing and tyre checking are recorded, evaluated, invoiced and archived (including delivery of a corresponding receipt to the customer) with RESy. Bluetooth measuring devices connected to RESy enable exact measurements with data recording in real time.

Nordic ID handheld device PL3000
The mobile RESy component is installed on the Nordic ID PL3000 device, thus connecting the warehouse and picking staff and even the staff in the lorry to the ERP system. With its bright display and keyboard illumination, Nordic ID PL3000 also stands the test in dark storage areas. The barcode information on the tyre labels is scanned with the handheld computer and then processed in the system. The user receives all information on the display: whether storing position information, test reports on tread depth measurements or even work instructions. As an alternative to Nordic ID PL3000, Nordic ID Morphic can be used, too.
TOSHIBA TEC label printers
TOSHIBA TEC thermal printers have been developed to meet highest demands on printing quality and automatic identification. The product range includes various models from portable direct thermal printers to heavy-duty printers suitable for industrial applications, via stationary printers and cost-efficient thermal transfer printers for universal applications. Thermal printers guarantee high printing speeds paired with a maximum of reliability. In connection with labels that even withstand tyre cleaning, they are the ideal solution for tyre warehousing.
